CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations recieved will be liable for a full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a full period charge.
Unless stated otherwise above, cancellations received prior to the period(s) or date(s) mentioned above will incur a processing fee of 15 USD.
Note:

• If you incur a cancellation fee of one or more nights due to late cancellation, the 15 USD fee will not be charged. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur the same charge.

• Some hotels will not accept bookings made by nationals of the same country as the hotels' location. This is because the special rates displayed on our site, especially for some hotels in Asia, are often valid only for overseas tourists, and not for local nationals. This is a policy imposed by hotels in these countries and not by our company. However, we may be able to book the requested hotel for you at the hotel's standard price or a local residents' rate. Please contact our customer service agents for further details.

Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert Agoda in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation may not receive any refund.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

All refunds required in the event of cancellations, amendments, or early check-out will be credited to your card within 10 business days.
